Reject Impact is a system designed to remove non-compliant products from production lines, especially those that operate with a single lane and require direct and forceful ejection. Its mechanism moves items quickly, firmly and in a controlled manner, ensuring that any item that does not meet specifications is accurately diverted to the designated rejection area.

Operation

This type of ejector uses an arm or impact surface that acts directly on the product. When the inspection system detects a non-compliant item, the ejector is activated and exerts sufficient lateral force to move large-surface or high-volume objects without compromising the stability of the other items on the line.
