High-precision air blast separation and rejection technology

Air ejectors are systems designed to redirect, separate or remove non-compliant items within a production process. Each jet generates a controlled burst of air, capable of individually and precisely diverting those products that do not meet the established quality criteria, whether due to size, weight, shape, density or any other parameter defined by the inspection system.

Operation 

When the detection system identifies an object that is out of specification, the ejector activates calibrated micro-pulses to project that object out of the production line without interrupting the overall flow. This technology allows for fast, selective and highly efficient removal, even at high speeds.

The bursts of air generated by each jet allow for precise and individual targeting of items that do not meet the established criteria. 

This system offers a highly flexible sorting methodology that can be adapted to different production needs. In addition, it is mainly used for the management of products with large surface areas, weights or heights.
