Check Cap is a device specially designed for quality control of stoppers, caps and capsules on conveyor belts.

The system is intended for inspection of:

Presence/absence of stopper/cap/capsule
Closure of stopper/cap
Tilt of stopper/cap
Height of the stopper/cap/capsule
Defects or absence of stopper/cap/capsule components
Dents, flaws, capsule closure (rolling)
Colour of the stopper/cap/capsule
Crating or presence of spray

The Check Cap inspection system is available in versions for inspecting cork/plastic caps on glass bottles, inspecting capsules (pilfer) on glass bottles, inspecting caps for PET bottles and inspecting lids for jars. The system is capable of combining different inspections in the same equipment.

It can be installed with different ejection options, impact ejector, progressive ejector, drag paddle ejector or deflector to ensure perfect rejection of defective bottles/jars.
