CheckCap is a device specially designed for quality control of stoppers, caps and capsules on conveyor belts.
The system is intended for the inspection of:

- Correct cap/lid closure
- Cap/lid tilt detection
- Cap/lid/capsule height verification
- Defects or missing components in caps/lids/capsules
- Dents, defects, and capsule sealing (rolling/crimping)
- Cap/lid/capsule color verification
- Knurled finish or sprayer presence detection
The CheckCap inspection system is available for inspecting:
- Cork/plastic caps on glass bottles
- Pilfer-proof capsules on glass bottles
- Tethered caps for PET bottles
- Lids for jars and containers
The system is capable of combining multiple inspections within the same unit.
It can be integrated with different reject systems, including:
