Check Label is an advanced inspection system designed to ensure correct labelling on non-cylindrical or oriented packaging. Its artificial vision technology allows for accurate analysis even on high-speed lines, ensuring that each product has the correct label and is in optimal condition before going to market.

The system specialises in checking labels, screen printing and shrink wrapping, both on correctly positioned cylindrical products and on square or geometrically defined containers transported on a conveyor belt. This makes it a versatile and robust solution for environments where aesthetic and regulatory consistency in labelling is essential.

Unsupervised Neural Networks

The system trains itself using samples of ‘good’ products, learning the pattern of normality and automatically discarding ‘bad’ pieces. In addition, training a new format is extremely simple and fast, and can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
