The CheckLabel 360 IA series allows for 360° inspection of labels on cylindrical or rectangular containers without requiring the container to be positioned correctly.

It accommodates different formats such as bottles, jars, or vials (depending on technological specifications) and can perform inspections regardless of the container's color. 

Thanks to the development of AI algorithms based on unsupervised neural networks, format updates are extremely simple and fast, with format changes taking less than 10 minutes.

360-degree label inspection with Artificial Intelligence, enabling highly accurate detection of random or complex aesthetic defects such as wrinkles or tears. Works with unsupervised networks, greatly simplifying system training and format changes (*can also work with supervised networks).

Unsupervised Neural Networks

Our solution works with Unsupervised Neural Networks, simplifying programming by eliminating the need to manually label good and bad images. The system trains itself using samples of ‘good’ products, learning the pattern of normality and automatically discarding ‘bad’ pieces. In addition, training a new format is extremely simple and fast, and can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
